Ataur Rahman-Romena Afaz-Mahadeb Saha

Romena Afaz:was born in 1926 in Bogra. In the world of Bangla literature specially in the field of novels, she stands very alone. Romena Afaz published 106 novel so far. She finished her traditional school education and at the age of 13 she got married to Afaz. She is very populous for her two adventure series -" Banhur " and " Roktey Aka Map".

Mahadeb saha: grew up in Bogra and graduated from A.H. Govt.College in 1967. He came to public notice with various publication of his prosa during his studies.
After the liberation war he published his first collection of poems "Ei Griho Ei Sannyas" in 1972 and "Manob Echechi Kache" in 1973. Mahadeb's writing is deeply marked by the traditional nature of his time. He is an eyewitness of the rise of the revouletion and the spread of intellectualism and liberalism.

Ataur Rahman Professor of Bengali literature, Bogra A. H. Govt. College from 1960 to 1989. He was one on the Bengali contemporary poet, novelist, writer, mystic and philosopher who won the Bangla Academy Prize in 1972 for his work on modern poetry. His class lectures and seminar discussions on Rabindranath Tagore was on the one hand very pregnant with meaning and on the other hand so much interesting, that the students attended his lecture with full of enthusiastic attraction.
